CampusReady programmes
Five programmes. One published rubric.
Start with a Readiness Audit, then choose the programme that fits your students, calendar and placement season. Every programme ends in reviewed work.

2–3 weeks
Readiness Audit
“We don’t actually know how ready our students are.”
- Who it’s for
- Principals, deans and placement heads who want a measured baseline before committing to a programme.
- How it works
- Up to 60 final-year students complete five timed work tasks.
- Reviewers score every task on the published readiness rubric.
- Results are mapped by department and briefed to leadership.
- What you receive
- A Readiness Report with a cohort score on a published rubric, a department gap map, the top three interventions and a leadership briefing.
- Length
- 2–3 weeks
10–12 weeks, before and through placement season
Placement Sprint
“Students clear aptitude rounds and fail interviews and case rounds.”
- Who it’s for
- Final-year cohorts heading into placement season, and the training and placement office that supports them.
- How it works
- Weekly role tasks, case drills and mock interviews, each reviewed with named feedback and a redo.
- The placement office receives a Placement Pulse every week.
- A Hiring Day Simulation with an external industry panel closes the sprint.
- What you receive
- A weekly Placement Pulse to the TPO; every student leaves with a Proof Portfolio; the sprint ends with a Hiring Day Simulation judged by an external industry panel.
- Length
- 10–12 weeks, before and through placement season
One semester (14–16 weeks), pre-final year
GCC Pathway
“Graduates have never worked the way a global team works.”
- Who it’s for
- Pre-final-year students aiming for roles in global capability centres.
- How it works
- Students work in a simulated GCC team with sprint rituals, tickets, SLAs, status reports and overseas-stakeholder emails.
- Each student follows one role track and is reviewed weekly on the rubric.
Tracks: Data & BI Analyst, Finance & Accounting Operations, Business & Process Analyst, AI-Augmented Operations, Global Client Services.
- What you receive
- A role portfolio per student, a track report and a recruiter-ready one-page profile.
- Length
- One semester (14–16 weeks), pre-final year
Across the degree
Readiness Spine
“One-off programmes fade by the next batch.”
- Who it’s for
- Institutions that want readiness built into every year, not bolted on in the final semester.
- How it works
- One module per semester, fitted to value-added or skill-enhancement course slots, subject to your academic council.
- Each module ends with a reviewed work sample scored on the same rubric, so progress is comparable year on year.
- What you receive
- A Semester Pulse and a year-on-year readiness trend.
- Length
- Across the degree
2-day workshop + 6 weeks of practice
Faculty Readiness Lab
“Nothing sustains once the vendor leaves.”
- Who it’s for
- Faculty who will carry work-sample teaching forward after the programme ends.
- How it works
- Faculty learn to design work-sample assignments, use AI in teaching and review with a rubric.
- Six weeks of practice with their own classes, with review of the assignments they set.
- What you receive
- A faculty toolkit, an assignment bank and the review rubric.
- Length
- 2-day workshop + 6 weeks of practice
